Established in 1993 by managing director Dean Reynolds, Reynolds Engineering has developed as a leading manufacturer and supplier of precision machined components to UK markets and beyond.
With our highly skilled staff and cutting edge CNC equipment, we have attracted a diverse range of clients from F1 racing teams to British manufacturers of specialist technology.
In 2003 we started manufacturing components for Team Roberts. Beginning with the KR3 2 stroke and the first 4 stroke Proton V5, we continued working with Team Roberts until the 800cc MotoGP era.
Supplying BSB, WSB, Moto2, MotoGP and specialist motorcycle manufacturers, we currently manufacture complete billet swingarms and a wide range of other chassis components designed at GPMS Technology Ltd.

Having enjoyed success supplying motorcycle components to championship winning teams, in 2012 we turned our talents to a new challenge, the design and manufacture of our own MotoGP eligible racer.
Designed by former Team Roberts chief designer Barry Ward, our bike can boast the best of everything. All chassis components have been manufactured in our own machineshop. We have sourced other components from industry leaders such as Brembo, Ohlins, Marchesini and MoTeC.
Our vision has been to bring MotoGP level technology and performance to a bike for the discerning enthusiast.
Having tested DR-Moto in Catagena in February 2014, we are confident that we have realised our vision.
